Partial Planning
Started planning, but feeling overwhelmed?
Our partial planning service is for those who have some of the key pieces figured out and a sense of the direction they want to go in, but aren’t sure how to pull it all together. Once you fill us in on the progress you’ve made, we then assess what areas need to be addressed next. You’ll be provided with insightful recommendations for any remaining vendors that are hand picked just for you based on budget, style, and values. We will be by your side to navigate meetings and make sure you are asking the right questions.
By bringing us in earlier, we take on a more direct role to manage and organize your event in its entirety and establish ourselves as the best resource for all things wedding. To tie it all in and ensure cohesiveness we assist with the logistical side of things too. This includes the floor plan layout, rental sourcing, how to implement the décor and design elements you’ve chosen, and who is responsible for what. Our purpose is to provide a well thought out plan so that by the time your wedding day arrives your mind is at ease. You deserve to be fully present, taking in each moment.

Don’t want to deal with the décor and details?
You have your vendors, you know what time the ceremony is, and you decided on the décor…so what comes next? If organizing the details and worrying about who handles what isn’t exactly the position you imagined yourself in, then having a wedding professional in charge is a perfect alternative. Don't stress over the décor set up. Any of the simple, personal items you've selected to include in your day, we place those. All you have to do is pack everything and bring it to your venue for us. Beforehand, we discuss what you're providing so that we're informed on what your expectations are for the overall look.
All the crucial details are gathered by working directly with your vendors. The wedding timeline that will be created holds each intricate component that is essential to running your day. Your wedding planner is available for 10 hours on the day-of. They happily assist the vendors as they arrive, double check deliveries, and keep the schedule on track. You shouldn't be the one answering phone calls as you await to exchange vows. We're prepared to deal with the questions and advocate on your behalf. Our goal is for your wedding day to feel like an exclusive event unlike any other.
